Steam also recommends an SSD. Its additional notes say the minimum RAM applies to solo and co-op play, a self-hosted server needs additional RAM, and the requirements are not final.
Listed requirements do not establish FPS, resolution, graphics settings or identical performance in every scene. Windrose remains Early Access, so technical behavior and requirements can change between builds.
